All products sold by Boldwithin are digital wallpaper files, delivered instantly upon purchase.

Digital products — final sale

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital wallpapers, except where the file is corrupted, defective, or significantly not as described.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to your digital download, and you expressly consent to waive this 14-day withdrawal right for digital content delivered immediately, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Something wrong with your file?

If your download is missing, corrupted, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us at info@boldwithin.shop within 14 days of your purchase, and we'll resolve it — either by resending the correct file or issuing a refund where appropriate.
