1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or purchasing from boldwithin.shop (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About our products
Boldwithin sells digital wallpaper files for phones, tablets, and desktop computers. All products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment.
3. License to use — what you can and can't do
When you purchase a wallpaper from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file as a background image on your own personal devices.
You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others; use the designs for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, print products, other websites); claim the designs as your own original work; or upload the files to other marketplaces or stock content platforms.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Boldwithin and are protected by copyright.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are displayed at checkout in the currency applicable to your location and may be subject to applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax), which will be shown before you complete payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or our other supported payment providers.
5. Delivery
Because our products are digital, delivery is instant: after successful payment, you will receive access to download your file(s) directly, with no shipping time or shipping cost involved.
6. Refunds and the right of withdrawal
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In short: because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, except where the file is defective or significantly not as described.
EU/EEA customers: under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of this right before completing your purchase — which you do by confirming this at checkout.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boldwithin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
